To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests, Hotel Grand Chancellor Melbourne enforces guidelines regarding noise and behavior.
While we encourage guests to enjoy their stay, excessive noise or disruptive behavior may result in the removal of non-resident guests or groups from the offending room.
Between the hours of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM, a maximum of three individuals (adults, children, or infants) are permitted in any hotel room.
Reservations intended for parties or functions will not be accepted. If a party is planned or in progress, or if excessive noise disturbs other guests, the individuals involved will be immediately notified of the hotel's no-party/no-noise policy.
Out of respect for all guests, excessive noise is strictly prohibited and must cease immediately upon request from management.
Should noise persist and disturb other guests, those in the offending room will be asked to vacate the property without a refund. Any guests or visitors participating in the disturbance will also be asked to leave immediately.
If necessary, Hotel Grand Chancellor Melbourne reserves the right to contact authorities, such as the police, to assist in removing disruptive guests from the property.
