Starting Your Shift

Before commencing your shift, you need to log into the iHMS system and initiate your shift.

Procedure

1. Open Google Chrome and navigate to the bookmark https://ihms6hgcm.ghihotels.com/. It will be marked as "iHMS" on the bookmark bar.
2. Enter the Property ID: "HGCM", all uppercase.
3. Provide your User Name.
4. Enter your Password.
5. Select the person image in the top right-hand corner. Then "Start Shift".
6. Click Start Shift, then close out of the pop-up at the top of the screen.

Once you have successfully logged in and started your shift, you can perform various tasks, such as posting payments and manual postings.
