Luggage Storage Procedure

We offer complimentary luggage storage to all guests.

Arrival

• Clearly write the guest's surname and the total number of bags stored on the luggage tags.

• Provide a copy of the tag to the guest for identification during collection.

• Attach a luggage tag sticker to each item and store them in the arrival room (right room of storage area).

Departure

• Write the guest's room number and the total number of bags stored on the luggage tags.

• Provide a copy of the tag to the guest for identification during collection.

• Attach a luggage tag sticker to each item and store them in the departure room (left room of storage area).

Collection

• Request the luggage tag from the guest.

• Retrieve all luggage or belongings. Verify that the serial number on the tags matches the guest's stub.
