Hotel Accessibility

Guests who require accessibility options are advised to enter the hotel basement through Pender Place (off of Little Bourke Street) and take the lift up to the lobby or rooms.

This entrance is open from 7:00am - 11:00pm. For after hours access, guests will need to contact reception.

There is currently no accessible entrance to the Pool & Gym.

The bathrooms situated at the back of Level 1 are the most accessible.
