Procedure

Arming the System

Before arming the alarm, the system display MUST read "System Ready – Type code to arm" and have a solid green light under "Ready".

  1. If the system is ready, press the "ON" button (located on the right-hand side of the panel).
  2. The system will beep for approximately 15 seconds, then stop.
  3. Once the beeping stops, the red light under "Armed" will be solid, and the screen will display "System Armed All Zones Secure."
Note:

If you see a flashing green "Ready" light, it means a door is open. Close it before pressing the "ON" button. To identify the open door, press the down arrow.

Bypassing a Zone

If a door must remain open, such as the Footlights door for guests using the alternative lifts, you'll need to bypass that zone's reader to arm the system.

  1. The system must be in the "System Not Ready" state to bypass a reader. Press the arrow buttons to locate the fault.
  2. Once the fault is identified (e.g., zone 12 - Footlights door in the image above), click 'Bypass' on the right-hand side.
  3. Enter the code (4426) when prompted.
  4. The system will ask which zone to bypass. Enter the corresponding zone number (e.g., 12 for the Footlights door).
  5. Upon successful bypass, the system will display the 'System Ready' message.
  6. You can now press the 'ON' button to arm the system.
