Check Pending Arrivals, Departures & Room Moves

Before initiating the system rollover (Night Audit), it's crucial to address any pending check-ins, check-outs, or room moves.

You will be responsible for handling pending arrivals, while the Duty Manager will manage any room moves or pending departures.

Generating and Distributing Reports

In iHMS, access the following reports:

  1. Reports → Before Night Audit Reports → Expected Arrival Summary: Print the first page and compare it to the Guest Registration Cards in the box.

  2. Reports → Before Night Audit Reports → Expected Departure Summary: Print this report (unless it's empty) and provide it to the Duty Manager.

  3. Reports → HouseKeeping → Live Scheduled Room Change: Print this report (unless it's empty) and provide it to the Duty Manager.
