Chiller Procedure

Accessing the Control Panel

The air conditioning control panel for public areas is located on the third floor of the car park. To access it:

1. At the top of the ramp, turn left to find a small wooden door, approximately half the height of a standard door.

2. Use the "main - green key" to unlock this door.
3. Once inside, descend the ladder and turn right. The control panel, equipped with 10 switches, will be in front of you.

Switch Functions

1. Cubicle Isolator: Completely shuts down the system DO NOT TURN OFF
2. Public Area Supply Fan: Controls extractor fans in public areas
3. Condenser Pump No. 2: Activates the air conditioning
4. Cooling Tower No. 2: Activates the air conditioning
5. Condensing Unit: Activates the air conditioning
6. Car park Vent Fans No. 1: DO NOT TURN OFF
7. Car park Vent Fans No. 2: DO NOT TURN OFF
8. Toilet Exhaust Fans - System No. 4: DO NOT TURN OFF
9. Toilet Exhaust Fans - System No. 5: DO NOT TURN OFF
10. Toilet Exhaust Fans - System No. 6: DO NOT TURN OFF

Note:

Never turn off switch 1 or switches 6 - 10.

Operating Instructions

Extractor Fans:

To operate the extractor fans (for smoke removal from kitchen, toilets, and public areas), set switch 2 ("Public Area Supply Fan") to AUTO. Never switch any fans to MANUAL mode.

Air Conditioning:

To operate the air conditioning, set switches 3, 4, and 5 to AUTO.
