Creating a Company Profile

Company profiles within iHMS store essential information about businesses that interact with your hotel. These profiles help streamline processes like reservations, billing, and reporting, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of corporate accounts.

Maintaining up-to-date and comprehensive company profiles contributes to a seamless guest experience and effective business operations.

Accessing an Existing Company Profile
  1. In iHMS, navigate to Client Management → Profiles → Company Profile.
  2. Enter the company name in the search field and click Search.
Creating a New Company Profile

If the company is not found in the search results, click the "Add" button.

Complete the Company Profile

Update the following sections:

  • Status (VIP code)
  • Company name
  • Contact details (phone number, fax, email & website)
  • Staff in charge & source
  • Billing & mail address
  • Market Segment
