Finding Chargebacks

Chargebacks are forms provided by companies that have pre-arranged payment methods for their guests' stays. Some companies have established permanent authorisation, allowing them to use their credit card for all future bookings.

When confirming with a guest, ensure you have the correct company name, as some may have permanent authorisation with our hotel.

You can access permanent authorisations through: M:/Reservations Permanent Auth - select the relevant year and the guest's check-in date.

Chargebacks can be found at: M:/Reservation Chargebacks - select the appropriate year and the guest's arrival date.

Search for the chargeback using the guest's surname and folio number.

If you can't locate the chargeback, check the reservation inbox for any chargeback provided by their company. You can find this by searching for the guest's voucher number in iHMS and then using that number to search the reservation emails.
