Creating a Guest Profile

Accessing an Existing Guest Profile

In iHMS, navigate to Client Management → Profiles → Guest Profile.

Type the guest's name in the search field and click Search.

Creating a New Guest Profile

If the guest is not found in a search, click the Add button.

Complete the Guest Profile

Fill in the required information in the following sections:

Main
  1. Full Name: The full name of the guest, in the format Surname, Given name, Title.
  2. Email Address: The best email address to contact the guest on.
  3. Status: The VIP status of the guest (usually VIP11, see VIP Codes for further information).
  4. Gender: The gender of the guest.
  5. Telephone / Mobile Number: Best contact number for the guest.
  6. Nationality, City and Region: The Country, Region and City the guest is from (if known).
Personal/Preference
  1. Credit Card Details: Right-click in the Loyalty Card section and choose Add Loyalty Card.
  2. Enter the required credit card details and click Next.
