Modifying a Reservation

Verify Availability
- Confirm room availability for the desired new dates.
- If available, provide the updated rates to the guest, including any applicable fees or adjustments.

Update Reservation (if applicable)

Direct Bookings & Hotel Website Bookings:
- In iHMS, modify the "Check-in" and "Check-out" dates directly on the reservation.

Third-Party Bookings:
- Inform the guest that they need to make changes through the respective third-party website.

Confirmation and Update
- Upon receiving confirmation of the date change from the guest or third-party website, update the reservation accordingly in iHMS.
